Just 20 miles out of Raleigh is the gorgeous Historic Town of Wake Forest. 

Wake Forest is an easy commute to the Research Triangle Park and Raleigh Durham International Airport. It is situated conveniently close to major shopping malls and yet far enough away from the Raleigh | Cary hustle and bustle to remain a small town with a growing economy.

North Carolina has a warm and humid summer and very mild and comfortable winters. The school calendar allows for 3 snow days a year and that pretty much sums up what a great climate the area enjoys.

Private and public school education is available in this region and the school district is quite sought after with some great schools in and around Wake Forest.

Falls Lake State Recreation area which is a stones throw away from Wake Forest has a huge lake and recreational area spanning more than 30,000 acres. So if you enjoy, boating, fishing, hiking, swimming or cycling, this would be a really great town to live in near the lake.
